Directory role

The Found List helps customers discover event businesses. We are not a party to contracts between customers and vendors and do not guarantee availability, pricing, licensing, insurance or performance.

Listing information

Listing information may be provided by businesses or gathered from public sources. Verification confirms identity and submitted profile information at the time of review. It is not a warranty or endorsement.

User responsibilities

Provide accurate information, use enquiries for genuine event needs and do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use. Vendors remain responsible for their services, claims, contracts and legal compliance.

Content and removal

Business owners may request corrections, claim a listing or ask for removal. We may pause or remove listings, accounts or content that are inaccurate, unsafe, infringing or inconsistent with these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and The Found List is not liable for indirect losses or disputes arising from dealings between users and vendors.
