We collect account details, saved vendors, enquiry details, private messages, vendor applications and portfolio files you choose to upload. Basic technical logs may be processed to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use information

We use it to provide accounts, shortlists and private conversations, process vendor applications, route enquiries to selected vendors, prevent abuse and improve the directory. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Enquiry details and messages are shared only with vendors selected for that request or those needed to provide a requested match. Service providers may process data for hosting, authentication, storage and email delivery under their own contractual safeguards.

Retention and choices

We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@myfoundlist.com. Some records may be retained where legally required.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is risk-free. The Found List is not intended for children under 13.
